GPS-based Panic Button
At the press of a button the app sends your exact GPS location to Blue Security’s 24/7 control centre, so they know where you are and can dispatch help immediately — whether it’s armed response, ambulance, police (SAPS), or roadside assistance.
Alarm Integration & Notifications
If you have a home or business alarm connected to Blue, the app receives real-time alerts when the alarm is triggered — including which “zone” (e.g. a door, window, outdoor beam) has been breached.
Request-or-Cancel Armed Response
On receiving an alarm trigger, the app lets you choose whether to request an armed response vehicle — or cancel the dispatch (e.g. if it’s a false alarm). Helps avoid unnecessary call-outs.
