Over the years Durban foodies have been introduced to the likes of extravagant ice cream bars, fro-yo’s, burger joints, the spice life and pop-up food stalls encouraging the world-wide trend of street food. The idea of street food is, simple to make, easier to hold and even easier to eat and throw away. Plan B managed to slide in swiftly amongst the competition offering more than what Durban locals could have ever imagined, the famous bubble waffle.
