Blue Security Tactical Officers were conducting proactive patrols and monitoring the Orient Hills area following a recent increase in motor vehicle theft incidents.
While conducting hotspot patrols, Bidtrack members notified Blue Security Tactical Officers of the location of a Toyota Cross that had been stolen from the Bluff earlier.
Blue Security Tactical Officers immediately responded to the location provided and successfully recovered the stolen Toyota Cross within two minutes.
The recovery highlights the importance of proactive hotspot patrols, rapid mobilisation and real-time vehicle tracking in responding to vehicle crime.
