Blue Security Armed Response Officers attended a phone-in complaint at a property on Maud Road in Escombe after a resident discovered that her gate had been left open and her Toyota Cross had been stolen during the early hours of the morning.
Information regarding the theft was immediately circulated, and Blue Security Tactical Officers mobilised to search for the vehicle. A Tactical Officer successfully located the stolen Toyota Cross in the KwaMakhutha area, where it was safely recovered.
The incident marks yet another Toyota Cross recovery by Blue Security, highlighting the increasing trend of this vehicle model being targeted by criminals.
