Armed Gang of Berea Business Burglars Open Fire on Response Officers

Blue Security armed response officers, responded to a call for multiple zone activations at a Berea business premises in Randles Road, during the early hours of Sunday morning.
An undisclosed number of suspects in two getaway vehicles broke into the business premises by cutting the lock on the perimeter fence. The response officers arrived on the scene within minutes. Upon arriving on the scene the suspects opened fire on the responding officers, who returned fired and caused the suspects to flee. Blue Security remained on scene with SAPS and a full investigation is underway.
