Burglary Attempt Foiled – Three Suspects Apprehended in Clairwood
Early-Morning Response to Burglary in Progress
In the early hours of 4 December 2025, Blue Security Armed Response Officers and Tactical Members were dispatched to Sigamoney Road, Clairwood, following reports of a burglary in progress.
Suspects Caught Attempting Forced Entry
Upon arrival, officers identified three suspects actively bending burglar bars in an attempt to gain entry to the premises. The suspects were swiftly apprehended before they could gain access or flee.
Suspects Handed Over to SAPS
All three individuals were handed over to SAPS Montclair, where they were formally charged with attempted burglary. A commendation goes to SAPS Montclair for their prompt response and support on scene.
Successful Intervention Highlights Teamwork
This successful intervention prevented a potential break-in and demonstrated strong teamwork between Blue Security’s Tactical Division and SAPS.
