Eggs-tra fun Easter egg hunts around Durban

The Easter Bunny will be busy this weekend, hopping around to some local Easter egg hunts around Durban. Get hot on the trail of the Easter bunny and go on an eggs-tra fun easter egg hunt!
The Easter bunny will stop by the historic Durban Botanic Gardens for the first time on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April. This exciting new event promises a load of fun for the kids as they follow, solve a puzzle and claim their chocolate rewards. The garden’s Easter Egg Trail caters to kids of all ages, the one to three year olds will be entertained in a demarcated, picket-fenced area while the older kids head off on the Easter egg hunt with a map and some clues. Tickets are R95 for the trail hunt; R35 per child aged 1-3 / R40 per adult / babies U12 months FREE for this full day event.
For an eggstra different Easter hunt, hop on by the Easter egg hunt at uShaka Marine world on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April. The Easter bunny will be hopping and bopping around while stowing away chocolate treasures so that the kids can enjoy a spectacular journey through the park. The mega egg hunt will be celebrated in the sweetest way possible – with 100,000 marshmallow Beacon eggs (in the form of tokens) hidden in nooks and crannies across the continent’s largest marine theme park. Each child entering the park will receive a goodie bag with an Easter treasure map featuring a number of exciting clues which draw attention to many animals housed at the park – so not only will you collect Easter eggs, but you will be able to see all of our amazing creatures at the same time, allowing the whole family to enjoy the expedition.
