Fire Incident – Garuda Avenue, Arena Park

Report Received from Off-Duty Tactical Officer    

The Tactical Command Center received a report from an off-duty Tactical Officer regarding a house fire on Garuda Avenue in Arena Park. Emergency Fire Services and an on-duty Tactical Officer were immediately dispatched to the location to provide assistance.

Additional Support Responds to the Scene    

Another Tactical Officer, who heard the call over the radio, also responded to support the situation. Upon arrival, it was reported that the neighbouring house was at high risk of catching fire due to the close proximity of the connected buildings. Residents had just begun removing belongings from the adjacent property in an effort to prevent further loss.

Rapid Response Prevents Fire Spread  

Thanks to the quick situational update provided to the Command Center, the necessary emergency services were deployed rapidly, enabling Fire Services to arrive promptly and extinguish the fire before it could spread to the neighbouring home.

Scene Cleared with No Injuries    

The scene was safely cleared, and no injuries were sustained.
