Holiday Fun at the Ballito Pro Festival

KwaZulu-Natal is the place to be in winter and what better way to while away the holidays than to go down to The Ballito Pro holiday festival for top surf action and fun on the beach.
The Ballito Pro, presented by Billabong, runs until July 9 and includes a range of activities from cooking contests and sports activities to music concerts.
The Cadbury 5Star Ballito Pro free music concerts powered by 5FM, featuring a cross-section of musical genres including urban, rap, electronic, pop, indie and folk will take over the Salt Rock Beach Stage on 6 and 7 July.
The festival programme also includes shopping opportunities at the Retail Delight, sports fun on the beach and children’s entertainment as well as extreme motocross performances by Bruce and Brent le Riche and a night of food and wine cooking contests and entertainment on 4 and 5 July.
The Save the Waves campaign will run during the festival to encourage waste recycling while educating beach-goers about ocean conservation.
