Injuries Reported Following Vehicle Collision in Silverglen

Blue Security Community Command Centre received a report from a client residing in the Silverglen area advising that a motor vehicle accident had occurred and that first responders were required on scene.
Area response vehicles and Tactical members were immediately dispatched to provide assistance, gather relevant information, and manage traffic flow around the incident.
Upon arrival, members established that a collision had occurred between a Volkswagen Golf and an Opel Astra. A female occupant sustained injuries to her leg and face as a result of the impact.
Amawele Ambulance Services attended the scene and provided medical treatment to the injured parties. The Community Command Centre also coordinated the dispatch of SAPS members to the location.
Blue Security remained on scene to assist with traffic control and scene management until all injured parties had been treated and the incident was handed over to the relevant authorities.
