Justice is Served: Waterfall Doctor’s Surgery Thief Convicted

Justice was served to a Waterfall thief in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court, this week. The suspect was found guilty and sentenced for his crime.
“The incident occurred on 23 December last year. A Blue Security armed-response officer nabbed an intruder after he had broken into a Waterfall doctor’s surgery,” said Blue Security community and media liaison officer, Andreas Mathios.
“The accused was already inside the premises when the Blue Security arresting officer arrived to investigate the callout,” Mathios said.
“The officer waited outside the window where the suspect had gained entry. The accused Waterfall thief was caught red-handed and arrested, as he emerged back out of the doctor’s surgery window,” he said.
“The suspect was charged with housebreaking and theft and found guilty as charged in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court. The accused was sentenced to three years imprisonment without the option of a fine, effective immediately,” he said.
