Knifemen hold up domestic worker in Westville home invasion

Armed robbers held up a domestic worker and a resident in a Westville home invasion in broad daylight yesterday.
Blue Security operations manager Brian Jackson said two suspects armed with knives had jumped over the back fence of a property in Derwent Road at around 1.30pm.
“The suspects followed the domestic worker through the laundry room into the lounge where they held her and the resident up at knifepoint. The suspects tied up their victims before ransacking the property in search of valuables. The men fled with jewellery, a laptop and cellphones,” Jackson said.
Westville SAPS attended the scene of the crime.
In a separate incident, armed robbers stabbed a Kloof man as he fought them off to protect his family.
