We have L.I.S.A to help us communicate more effectively with our clients to identify emergencies and improve our service to our clients.

The system helps our client receive calls faster and reduces the volume of signals and calls to the control centre. Ensuring that false alarms are cancelled, we can respond faster to emergencies.

L.I.S.A assists our Control Centre to communicate with many clients simultaneously using voice-activated technology that prompts you to assess the nature of an alarm signal during high-volume alarm signal periods.

L.I.S.A is designed to enhance your customer experience as it helps our team call many customers simultaneously to identify and respond to emergencies faster. This will be especially beneficial during peak periods when harsh weather conditions cause excessive alarm activations.

L.I.S.A is not a substitute for our current Signal or Technical operators. Instead, it assists our operators in getting the information they require quicker so they can work through false alarms and help you in an emergency.

We encourage all our clients to download and register for the Blue Mobile Panic App for free, as this application allows you to cancel, request an armed response, or request a callback. It also has further functionality for logging faults and provides you with a Mobile panic button. This signal from your BMP app is treated with high priority.

Yes, this new communication tool will help us to quickly identify real emergencies, effectively cancel false alarms and improve the customer experience as well as our response to emergencies.

6. Will this affect my current service fees?

The new system will not have any cost implications on our clients’ current service fees. It is another way Blue is adding value to our clients by using smarter tools to respond faster to emergencies.

7. Can I still use my Blue Mobile Panic App to cancel an alarm?

Please continue using the Blue Mobile Panic app to cancel your false alarms. If cancelled via the app, you will not get a call from L.I.SA unless there are other activations during this period. Our smart system receives the message and cancels the false alarm, and will not contact you further.

8. If I activate my Blue Mobile Panic, will I be contacted by a consultant or the Listener Integrated Systems Assistant?

The Smart System is only activated when we receive Alarm Signals. If you activate a PANIC, our normal procedures follow, and an emergency response will be dispatched.
