𝗦.𝗜.𝗔 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲

Step 1: Start the conversation
Open WhatsApp, type ‘Hi’, press send. Select Existing Client or New Client.

Step 2: Select Your Service
Choose the correct site/service by typing the number (1, 2, 3…) and press send.

Step 3: Pick Support Type
Select: Tech Support, Customer Support, or Sales Enquiry.

Step 4: Detailed Options
Choose: Cancellation, Accounts, Customer Care, FAQs, Request a Call Back, or Previous Menu.

Step 5: Return if Needed
If Previous Menu is selected, you will return to the earlier menu.

Step 6: Tech Support Options
Choose: Log a Fault, Request a Call Back, or Previous Menu.

Step 7: Confirmation
If you log a fault or request a call back, a Reference Number will be issued.
