Panic Button
When you press the panic button in an emergency, the app automatically uses your phone’s GPS to pinpoint your exact location and sends a signal to our 24 hour state-of-the-art control centre. A security professional in the centre then activates a range of responses from ambulance and fire services to the Automobile Association, the police and our own armed response officers in the areas of our operation. The staff member also contacts the user to determine the nature of the emergency.
Arm/Disarm Notifications
A unique feature reserved on the Premium package for business users only, arm and disarm notifications enable you to monitor the movements of staff and management key-holders as they open up and lock up the premises daily. This gives you the advantage of knowing when unauthorised entry is gained outside stipulated hours, or if staff closed early in your absence.
Multiple Sites
If you oversee or own numerous branches or offices, multiple sites can be added on your account, allowing you to receive notifications for all of them in one place.
Alarm Activity
Keep a watchful eye on your business premises with a real-time data feed that sends information of the activity on your business alarm system directly to your mobile phone. Information about which zones have been activated in an emergency appear on the app, enabling you to decide at the press of a button whether to dispatch or cancel an armed response vehicle at any time of the day or night. There’s no longer any need to take calls from the control centre every time there is a false alarm, as you can take an instant action via the app.
Alarm Notifications
Apart from alerting you to any security breaches, the app also sends a stream of data about the general activities on the alarm system ranging from alerts about signal tests and test failures to battery level indicators. An audit trail of activities on your alarm system can also be viewed in the app.
Customer Service
Business owners don’t need to pick up the telephone for customer service as a sales or technical query can be logged via the app, and a professional security consultant will be in touch to provide the required assistance.
Get Registered
