Professional Coordination at Scene Following Discovery of Deceased Male

A Blue Security Tactical member was notified of a deceased individual located in Tammany Avenue, Croftdene. Upon arrival at the scene, the officer was met by members of the South African Police Service (SAPS) and emergency medical services who were already in attendance.

Emergency personnel confirmed that the body of an adult male had been discovered and that, based on their assessment, the deceased had likely passed away due to natural causes. It was further indicated that the estimated time of death was around the previous afternoon, as swelling had already developed in the head and legs.

The deceased was not known to members of the local community, and no form of identification was found on his person at the time.

The scene was formally handed over to SAPS for further investigation and processing in accordance with standard procedures.
