Blue Security members reported a motor vehicle collision on the N2 Southbound, before the Chatsworth/Higginson off-ramp, during the early hours of the morning.

At the time of reporting, no emergency services were present on scene. The incident was immediately relayed to the Blue Security Tactical Command Centre, where operators contacted the relevant emergency services and law enforcement agencies to request assistance.

Members remained on scene to monitor the situation and ensure the safety of motorists until the arrival of the relevant authorities. Metro Police attended the scene, while SAPS and Provincial Ambulance Services were dispatched to provide assistance and manage the incident.

Blue Security personnel continued to stand by at the scene alongside responding units until the matter was handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigation and processing.
