The client’s keyholder was immediately contacted and advised that the on-site guard would be able to assist with identification. Photographic confirmation was shared, allowing for positive identification of the items as property belonging to the premises.

Following confirmation, the recovered items were formally handed over to the relevant on-site representative, ensuring the safe return of the stolen property.
