Robbers posing as delivery men ambush Glenmore woman

Armed robbers posing as delivery men held up a Glenmore resident at gunpoint on Friday afternoon.
Blue Security community and media liaison officer Andreas Mathios said four suspects had arrived at the Fielden Drive property in a white Audi and ambushed the resident at the gate.
“The men pretended that they were making a delivery and when the resident opened the gate they held her up at gunpoint. The robbers fled with jewellery, a television and cellphones,” Mathios said.
Umbilo SAPS attended the scene of the crime.
