Stolen Nissan NP200 Recovered in Parlock

Information was received regarding a stolen Nissan NP200 taken from the Newlands East area. Live tracking coordinates indicated that the vehicle was located near the Parlock area.

Blue Security Tactical members immediately responded to the coordinates provided and proceeded to the location. Additional support units were placed on standby while the search was conducted.

Upon arrival at the scene, the stolen Nissan NP200 was successfully located. An inspection of the vehicle revealed signs of tampering, including a compromised ignition system, and the vehicle had been partially stripped.

The vehicle owner was contacted and attended the scene. After assessing the situation, the owner elected not to open a criminal case. The recovered vehicle was subsequently handed over directly to the owner by the tracking and recovery team.
