Stolen Vehicle Recovered — Teamwork in Action!
Blue Security’s swift coordination led to the successful recovery of a stolen vehicle in Umbilo on 2 November 2025. After a Blue Security Armed Response Officer called for backup at a local hotel, the High Risk Intervention Team (HIT) arrived within minutes and detained a suspect found in possession of the stolen vehicle.
Verification Confirms the Crime
A check by the Tactical Command Centre confirmed the vehicle’s stolen status, and the victim’s identity document was discovered inside.
Owner Located and Notified
Further investigation traced the owner to a Blue Security client in Croftdene. When contact couldn’t be made telephonically, Chatsworth Tactical Officers were dispatched to the client’s residence and personally informed him that his vehicle had been recovered.
