Success Report: Attempted Truck Looting Thwarted in Shallcross

On 03/10/2024, two of Blue Security’s CCPU teams responded to a report of a truck being looted along Naicker Road in Shallcross. Upon arrival, three suspects fled into the nearby bush, abandoning their attempt to steal from the vehicle.

The truck, which belonged to a hire company, had representatives from both the hire company and their client on site, along with a representative from the tracking company. Thanks to the swift response from our CCPU teams, the vehicle and its cargo were safely handed over to the rightful representatives.

This successful intervention highlights the importance of quick action and coordination between security services and businesses to prevent theft.
