Success Report: Copper Cable Thief Apprehended in Morningside

Location: Rosebank Avenue, Morningside
Incident: Trespassing & Stolen Copper Cable

Blue Security’s ARO responded to a panic activation on Rosebank Avenue, Morningside. Upon arrival, the ARO made contact with a security officer who reported that a suspect had jumped into a vacant and abandoned property on Earl Haig Road.

A search of the property was conducted, and the suspect was found hiding in one of the toilets. He was in possession of stolen copper cables taken from the property. The suspect was apprehended and handed over to SAPS for further investigation.
