Suspect Apprehended in Bayview Housebreaking
Blue Security’s Ambassador and ground response teams were alerted to a housebreaking in progress on Railview Road, Bayview.
The urgent call for assistance came directly from the Bayview Community Policing Forum (CPF), whose vigilant members noticed suspicious activity at a residence.
Our officers responded swiftly, arriving on the scene within minutes. Upon inspection of the premises, it was evident that a break-in had occurred. A front window had been forcibly tampered with, and inside the home, suspects had ransacked the interior. Ceiling boards had been removed, copper fittings stripped, and there were visible signs that the geyser in the ceiling had been tampered with.
A detailed suspect description was circulated via community channels and internal dispatch. Through coordinated efforts between Blue Security teams and CPF members, the suspect was successfully tracked and located on Telstar Road, just behind the affected property.
The individual was positively identified, apprehended on the spot, and detained without further incident.
