Suspect Caught with Stolen Goods

Surveillance Alert Triggers Multi-Unit Response   

Blue Security control room received an alert from the Kloof surveillance cameras equipped with line-crossing technology. The system detected unidentified individuals entering the area, prompting dispatch of Blue Security Armed Response Officers, Tactical Units, and the Blue K9 Unit.

Community Reports Confirm Suspicious Activity    

Shortly thereafter, community group chats reported fence hopping occurring in the St Mary’s area, confirming suspicious activity in the vicinity.

Suspect Spotted During Intensified Patrols  

While conducting intensified patrols along the M13, a Blue Security Tactical Officer observed a male suspect walking with a large object concealed in plastic bags. The officer instructed the suspect to stop and immediately called for backup.

Backup Arrives and Stolen Goods Recovered  

Blue Security Armed Response officers arrived on scene shortly after, where the suspect was found in possession of suspected stolen property, including:

● 1 × Television
● 1 × Iron

Suspect Transported to SAPS   

The suspect, along with the recovered stolen items, was transported to Pinetown SAPS for processing.
