Suspicious Activity Leads to Apprehension in Farningham Ridge

While conducting routine patrols along the M7 in the Farningham Ridge area, a Blue Security Tactical member observed a suspicious individual pushing a bicycle with a welding machine attached during the early hours of the morning.

The individual was stopped and questioned but was unable to provide a valid explanation for being in possession of the equipment. Due to the suspicious circumstances, the suspect was detained on scene.

The suspect was subsequently handed over to the South African Police Service Pinetown, where he was charged for possession of property suspected to be stolen.
