Hijacking Report Received from Community Group
In the early hours of the morning, information was received via a community communication group regarding a hijacking incident involving a white Suzuki in the KwaNdengezi area. The owner reported that the vehicle was taken while it was idling, after being approached by suspects.
Vehicle Tracked Through Lamontville Area
Shortly thereafter, location coordinates indicated that the vehicle was moving within the Lamontville area. Immediate action was taken, and the coordinates were followed. The vehicle was successfully located and recovered a short time later.
Vehicle Recovered and Returned to Owner
The owner was present on scene with spare keys, and the recovered vehicle was handed over to the relevant security representatives.
