The festive season is fast approaching and we want to encourage our clients to ensure that your home/business security is fully functional before setting off on your vacation.
Dark and quiet houses are easy targets for criminals, especially during the holiday season when they are on high alert. This is why it is imperative that your alarm and all the connected security devices are in perfect working order. It is also essential that doors, windows, etc. are fully secured before you lock up and leave so as to avoid unnecessary false alarm signals from causing a disturbance in the neighbourhood.
Call us today to conduct a manual test of your system over the phone, or we can schedule a technician to test your alarm and address any issues and check on the status of the power supply to your alarm system prior to you going on holiday. Please take note that our technicians are booked out days in advance approaching this time of the year, so beat the year-end rush to give yourself peace of mind while you are away.
It is most important that we have your correct details on our system. You can update any personal contact information that may have changed recently by sending an email through to mydetails@bluesecurity.co.za. You can also notify us when you will be away from home and of an emergency contact person who will have keys to your premises in case there is a housebreaking incident or if your alarm goes off excessively if the power is interrupted.
We are aware that most businesses extend their trading times as we move closer to the festive period. This will aid us in monitoring the premises more effectively.
