The Easter Play Market

The Easter Play Market is coming up this weekend, the 13th of March, at the Giba Gorge Mountain Bike Park. The tranquil surroundings is a perfect opportunity for a quality time family outing in the fresh outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle.

There are loads of activities for the kids including face painting, sand art and cupcake decorating, and you can bring along their scooters or bicycles. As a special treat for the young ones there will also be an Easter Puppet show, Dora and the Easter Party. Booking is essential for the puppet show and costs R20 per child; email gotoplaymarket@gmail.com to book their spots. Remember to bring a picnic blanket!

You’re bound to find some unique items up for sale among the various stalls, from decor and jewellery to clothes and toys. The market is dedicated to sourcing and promoting the variety, freshness, taste and nutritional value of food available, and the uniqueness and exclusivity of home-made items.
