Traffic cameras lead to arrest of highway hijackers

In video footage released by Sanral, they show how their 294 traffic cameras have enabled response to a variety of incidents. In this this case, they allowed police to track, catch and arrest suspects caught hijacking a delivery van, along the N3 highway in Johannesburg.
