
We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of one of our clients following a senseless act of violence at a complex in Emoyeni Drive, Hillcrest on 27 February 2025
Our armed response officer swiftly reacted to a Blue Mobile Panic App activation, but despite the efforts of first responders, our client succumbed to his injuries on the scene. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
This devastating incident is a reminder of the challenges we face in ensuring the safety of our communities. We remain committed to working closely with local authorities and residents to strengthen security measures and prevent such tragedies.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Metro K9, Hillcrest SAPS, Redline Ambulance Services, Metro’s Trio Unit, and the local and surrounding Neighbourhood Watch groups for their swift response and dedicated assistance on the scene and in the search efforts. Their professionalism and commitment to community safety in such difficult moments are truly appreciated.
