Whisky Live Celebration Durban 2016

Whisky lovers and enthusiasts make your way to the Durban Whisky Live Celebration at Suncoast Casino, in partnership with East Coast Radio and the Independent on Saturday, this coming weekend 12 – 14 May 2016.
Sample & savour the world’s finest local and international whiskies presented by knowledgeable and passionate whisky experts in a boutique-style tasting event.
To ensure that you are well informed and refined, the well-known expert connoisseur Jonathan Miles will present the extraordinary craftsmanship of the Balvenie range (the brand that boasts the world’s most expensive Single Malt Whisky), while the Glenfiddich Original is also on offer: a unique, limited edition that embodies the brand’s rich heritage, presented by Luthando Jezz Tibini, Glenfiddich’s charismatic national brand ambassador.
If you have always just admired the label on the bottle of Johnnie Walker in the shop or bar, do not miss the opportunity to taste the range of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, Platinum or Blue. The range of popular and not to be missed Whiskys that will be presented also include Chivas Regal, The Glenlivet, Glen Grant and The Singleton of Dufftown, as well as the premium range from the House of Walker.
Entry is from 18:30 – 22:00 and tickets are R190 each at ticketpros or R200 at the door – while tickets last – and includes:
• 15 whisky tasting vouchers
• a glass
• 500ml Valpré Spring Water
To ensure that visitors enjoy drinks responsibly and get home safe to their families, there is also a reduced Designated Driver entry that includes a 500ml Valpre Spring Water for a member in your group. Whisky Live also partnered up with Uber and iWyze to offer breathalysers to all guests to ensure that they are under the legal alcohol limit.
