Why the Winston Park Blue Zone was initiated?
The Winston Park project started off in 2013 and we have been the largest private security provider in Winston Park since the Blue Zone’s inception. With the vehicle never leaving the footprint we have ensured there is continued visibility to all the residents, as well as having an excellent response time to alarm activations and emergencies.
How and where the Winston Park Blue Zone was initiated?
Winston Park Guardians manage various security initiatives with Winston Park and we at Blue work closely with the Guardians to assist with security within the Park. You can of course be a Guardians member as well as a client of Blue Security.
What security benefits do the Winston Park blue Zone members have access to by being a part of this project?
All Blue Zone members should be aware of the benefits that they have access to and make sure that they use these features as effectively as possible, to create a safer neighbourhood.
Our Command Centre which manages any community alert through our extensive WhatsApp network
Our Control Centre that makes sure you are assisted quickly and efficiently in alarm and panic situations including medical and other emergencies
CCPU – (Community Crime Prevention Unit) – Dedicated to fighting crime using extensive informer and other networks as well as intelligence gathering – This team will chase, apprehend, compile case information and make sure the criminals are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
CCTV Network – Blue has over 25 ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition cameras) and 95 overview cameras in the Upper Highway area alone, these assist in monitoring residential neighbourhoods using AI and line crossing technology to alert us to potential suspects.

- 2 free Blue Mobile Panic Apps per subscribed household.
- Ambassador and Tactical team community support for special operations
- External perimeter and internal property checks upon request
- Escort Service – Meet you outside your property when returning home late at night (pending availability of the vehicle)
